Cleartex manufacter, Floortex, offers the original user a warranty against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, abuse or improper handling. In no case shall Floortex's liability under any other remedy prescribed by law exceed the purchase price.

Custom cut mats cannot be returned.
Freight cost are calculated on the current UPS rate charts plus a small fuel service charge. Most full sized rolls must ship by truck where your total shipping cost for orders under $1,000 will be $100.00 within the continental U.S. All orders over $1,000 will ship free to your loading docks within the continental U.S. but there is a fuel surcharge of $45.00 added to the order.
