We will try to give you as much information as you need in order to make the right choice.Our custom logo mats are printed with a patented dye-injection process that is entirely computer controlled. Micro jets inject dye deep into the strand of carpet pile for a long-lasting vibrant color. This process is much different from traditional screen printing which adds color only to the tips of the fibers and the colors fade fairly rapidly over time. Our dye-injection process enables us to create designs at 20th gauge or what would be the equivalent of 400 dots per square inch. Traditional tufted logo mats are printed at the 8th gauge or what would be the equivalent of 64 dots per square inch. Our 20th gauge printing results in a much higher design clarity and photo realistic quality. Our mats are made of a very high quality 24 ounce nylon fiber with a Nitrile rubber backing. Rubber grippers on the underside of the mat help to minimize movement and each of our custom logo mats are 100% launderable. We also offer nine (9) Plain Solid Color Mats with a matching background and border to coordinate perfectly with your logo mats. This allows you to put your logo floor mats at the front door or other key customer site locations and coordinate the rest of your building with matching, washable mats. Sizes available in solid colors are stock numbers: 203S, 304S, 305S, 310S, 406S, 408S, 412S, 508S and 520S. All of our custom logo entry mats will ship standard with a solid border on all fours sides of the mat. This helps to finish off your design and to help blend in any type of manufacturing imperfections where the carpet fibers may have been pressed into the Nitrile rubber backing. This is completely normal in the manufacturing process. *We will create up to two design proofs plus one proof modification for your evaluation at no charge to you. There may be a charge for additional proof modifications. You must understand that we still have to pay for our design staff's time so your appreciation of their time is greatly appreciated. Here is a helpful hint on how many entrance mats to buy. Because of the computer set up time involved in creating your logo mats the more mats you order the lower your cost per mat. In fact, just ordering two logo entrance mats is well worth the price difference. You might one to order two so that you can change them out when one is being laundered or if it is a really nasty, wet day and you want one to dry out a little.
